Then there are Boone and Shadow, the playful puppies of our family. Boone, our lively 2-year-old golden retriever, is full of energy and charm, while Shadow, our spirited 1-year-old black lab, is his inseparable sidekick. Together, they adore everyone they meet and are always up for an adventure.

Our playful pups mean the world to us. Delilah, our first furry family member, taught us about responsibility and companionship. Boone and Shadow bring endless laughter and joy into our home. We built our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Georgia in 2022 and are excited to share it with a child. Our charming two-story home features an inviting atmosphere and plenty of space for everyone. The heart of our home includes a spacious living area that flows into a cozy kitchen, perfect for family meals and gatherings. One of our favorite spots is the expansive fully fenced backyard, ideal for outdoor play, exploration, and barbecues.

Our home library is our most cherished space, filled with books where we can relax, read stories, and embark on adventures together as a family. We are truly looking forward to welcoming a child into our home, where they will experience love, laughter, and countless opportunities for growth and learning.

Just minutes away, you'll find plenty of parks and a delightful downtown area with local shops and cafes. We're fortunate to live in a vibrant neighborhood full of young families with children. Our neighborhood hosts a variety of events throughout the year, such as festive trick-or-treating, a lively fall festival, a magical Night of Lights at Christmas, and a spirited Fourth of July parade. With amenities like a brand-new playground, tennis and pickleball courts, and a sparkling pool, there are so many opportunities for active play and connection with friends and neighbors.

We're fortunate to live just 25 minutes away from Blakeley's family, allowing us to gather often for weekly dinners and college football games—our family are HUGE Alabama football fans! We enjoy playing games together like Scattergories, swimming in their pool during summer, and trying new local restaurants.

Dylan's family lives in Oregon, his home state, and we make a point to visit at least once a year, or they come to see us. Every fall, we love going apple picking and visiting the aquarium when they visit.

Blakeley grew up in a household that celebrated both Christian and Jewish traditions, making every holiday special. Though Christmas holds a special place in her heart, and we take great joy in putting up lights, decorating the tree, and baking festive treats together. One of our cherished traditions is watching It's a Wonderful Life every Christmas Eve. Dylan also grew up celebrating Christmas, and together, we have blended our backgrounds and combined our family's customs and we are eager to share with a child. As we look to the future, we plan to raise a child who respects all religions and traditions.
