Hello,
I am currently researching adoption matching picnics and I am looking to find out more information about the picnics put on by American Adoption Agency. I saw on your website that you have many picnics in a variety of different locations.
I am looking for more information about events that occur around the country where parents looking to adopt have the opportunity to meet prospective children needing adoption. Your picnics seem to be a perfect fit for what I am exploring!
Any information or connecting me to someone else within your organization who hosts these events would be very helpful.
Thanks!
Hi, Hilary — Thanks for your comment. Our picnics are actually meet-ups for prospective adoptive parents and parents who have already adopted through our agency programs. They are not designed for waiting families to meet children waiting for adoption, as we are a private domestic infant adoption agency. Your best bet for information on those kind of picnics would be by contacting foster care adoption agencies.
For more information about our picnic programs, you can contact our coordinator, Mike Aguilar, at mike.a@americanadoptions.com.
